Object: This is a a private collector's piece. 

The two handled vase, with the scene of  the Willow/River setting depicting the first Dutch ship anchored in the Pearl River estuary with floral anchors surrounding the inner border.  A mirrored scene of the famous willow river scene depicted  on the rear side of the vase.

Qianlong Qing Dynasty (1736-1796)

Circa: c.1736 to 1796.

When Qianlong was on the throne China was flourishing, but as he left the throne it was beginning to decline. The long reign of the Qianlong emperor (who retired in 1796, three years before his death) may be considered the height of the Qing period.
